A Whooping Crane in flight.  Taken this morning on 8th street in Lamar, TX with photographer Kelvin Murphy.  This is my first attempt at photographing these rare birds and Kelvin Murphy had us set up is perfect position to get this shot just before heavy cloud cover rolled in and ended our abbreviated photo shoot.
